Good And Bad Habits .

Rather than having a long list of BAD habits ,have a longer list of GOOD habits and  SHORTER list OR no list at all .

Chances are a long list of good habits will benefit you more in the long run right?

If you dislike cooking  or too lazy to cook ,flip that negativity and make it positive ,don’t make it fell like a chore ! play music while cooking to get you in the mood(that’s what i do ) or cook a meal you like.TRY a new recipe ,watch cooking videos or ask a friend or family to teach you one of there favourite dishes.

Nail biter ? (i used to be lol ) well.. your feeding your mouth with bacteria from underneath yours nails,which i am sure if you could see it would ,you would think twice about biting your nails,secondly your nails don’t look so attractive when bitten. So you might wanna cut and file them down real low so you have nothing to bite off .

Junk Food Eater?, Lets be honest we all spoil and treat ourselves right? There’s no harm in doing so,but you know what they say ,too much of anything is no good,so you gotta get a balance of healthy food and non healthy food which will benefit your hair,skin and body. We all want to look good and feel good but what people forget is what your your body looks like from the inside ,are your organs healthy? blood flow ? Blood sugar levels stable? Are your bones strong of fragile? Just because you cant see whats going on in the inside that does not mean ignore it completely, and don’t wait until your old ,START NOW ! The effects will be more effective the earlier you start to look after your body and health the better,Good health is the Mind ,Body and Spirit.

Forgetful?( That’s me) I now write things down on post it notes to remind myself of what i need to do. Don’t overload your brain,sometimes that can lead to you forgetting things, make it an obsession to be organised.

Challenge yourself and better yourself,use your energy on Good habits and make it a goal to  replace Bad habits with good ones; good attitude, help others, don’t use bad  language in your vocabulary ,appreciate others and your loved ones around you,eat well, SAVE more then you SPEND, get on with tasks as soon as possible.

Have a go at replacing a bad habit with a good habit and see what happens, what you can achieve, what difference you can make within a small amount of time.

Its the little things that make a big difference.
